If there is any part replacement required than the part is replaced by us and the part charges need to be paid by the party. Our service engineer will get your system checked in working condition then leave your place. He takes your signature in his service book after he resolves your issue and gives the satisfactory solution to your problem.
AMC for Laptops & Desktops
We provide the AMC services for your desktops and laptops. We cover the operating system related problems, hard-drive, motherboard, CPU, RAM, SMPS, display units in this AMC, and never bear the cost of any defected equipment of your laptops or desktops. In this AMC, we cover four quarterly checkups of your laptop or desktop.
How we deliver
After getting your complaint, our service engineer visits your place and check your laptop or desktop carefully. After finding the problem, he tells you everything about the problem and the best possible solutions for the problem as well. If there is any part replacement required than that part will be replaced by us and the part charges need be paid by the customer. The customers are not bound to buy the required part from us only they can purchase it from the open market we replace it under our AMC. Our service engineer will get your system checked in working condition before leaving your place. He takes your signature in his service book after he resolves your issue and gives the satisfactory solution to your problem.
After taking our AMC service, you must not be allowed to get your system repaired by other service providers otherwise this would be the breach of this contract.
